I recently stayed at a central 2-bedroom apartment in Liverpool. The location was great and everything in the apartment was comfortable and of high quality. Adam, the remote manager, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was nicely decorated and the owner was very helpful when we had trouble with the door. the cleanliness was good.
Totally recommend this hotel.
